Additionally, we provide you with daily updates on newly available properties that align with your criteria, ensuring you stay informed about relevant opportunities. Our commitment to offering first-class service means that we'll be by your side every step of the way, guiding you through the buying journey until you're comfortably settled in your new home.
The Rebate
When you partner with Apex Property Consultants, LLC, we prioritize your savings and satisfaction. If the Seller offers a Buyer’s Agent commission, Apex will generously pass on between 25% to 50% of that commission directly to you, our esteemed customer. Depending on the level of support you require, this could translate to substantial savings, potentially saving you thousands of dollars on your new home purchase.
Our ability to offer this commission rebate is made possible by New Jersey law, which allows real estate brokers to extend this benefit to buyers. However, unlike many other brokers, Apex recognizes the immense value in providing our customers with this rewarding opportunity to maximize their savings and investment.

Basic Buyer’s Package

Receive 1 Month of daily leads, 9AM to 9PM phone call, text, and email communication, local area expertise, showings that fit your schedule, contract submission, negotiation, and consultation on all aspects of home buying.

If you have narrowed your search down, and know the property you want, this is the plan for you.
The Basic Package will also give you a 50% rebate on any commission offered by the seller. This is the largest rebate allowed by law because you did half the work! Keep in mind, if your offer is not accepted, have a back up property because you get a full month of service to submit as many offers as you want.
The retainer is non-refundable, but will be credited against and deducted from any commission paid to your buyer’s agent (Apex Property Consultants, LLC). The retainer ensures that regardless of any commission offered, your needs are put first and you will be shown listings for every available property which meets your search criteria.

Intermediate Buyer’s Package

Receive 3 Months of daily leads, 9AM to 9PM phone call, text, and email communication, local area expertise, showings that fit your schedule, contract submission, negotiation, and consultation on all aspects of home buying.

If you have been looking for a while and know the area you want to buy in, but still have not found the property you want, this plan is for you. We will help you narrow your search down, and make assist you in submitting the best offer for the property you want.
With this package you will also receive a 35% rebate on any commission offered by the seller which can be use towards closing costs or directly towards the purchase of the property.
The retainer is non-refundable, but will be credited against and deducted from any commission paid to your buyer’s agent (Apex Property Consultants, LLC). The retainer ensures that regardless of any commission offered, your needs are put first and you will be shown listings for every available property which meets your search criteria.

Advanced Buyer’s Package

Receive 6 Months of daily leads, 9AM to 9PM phone call, text, and email communication, local area expertise, showings that fit your schedule, contract submission, negotiation, and consultation on all aspects of home buying.

If you have just started your search, and want expert help the whole way to find the perfect home, this is your package. Or, if you plan on purchase multiple properties over the next 6 months, this is plan is for you. With the Advanced Buyer’s Package you will have an on call Brokerage that will help you evaluate as many properties as you want, and place as many offers as you want for the full 6 months of representation.
With this package you will also receive a 25% rebate on any commission offered by sellers which can be use towards closing costs or directly towards the purchase of the property.
